I remember how un-fun it was to spend Christmas recovering from surgeries and in/out of hospitals, and I’m an adult who can understand why I can’t be at home unwrapping presents under the tree.

Meanwhile there’s kids out there stuck in a hospital bed this Christmas, with tubes feeding them, unable to get out of bed let alone play with their presents or put milk & cookies out for Santa… so join me in realising how lucky we are, and donate some money to the Children’s hospital. No kid deserves to put up with all this crap I’m going through, let alone the hundreds/thousands of kids who are in a much worse off condition, trying to come to grips with having cancer, and why they can’t have any lollies or go see all the lights.
